it's been one of those days...

where it seems like everything takes WAY more time than you think it should. I am feeling a bit harried with all that we did not accomplish today, but wanted to post a picture of our cupcakes.
They are not quite at cute as the ones in the book (see below) and I am not crazy about the frosting recipe I used- but then again I don't really like frosting- the ultimate test will be when the kids eat their's later :)
