today is the day...

Here I am, 20 weeks and 3 days, baby number 5!
I am loving how tall the angle of this picture makes me look- I am only a wee 5' 3" and most everyone towers over me, but in this picture I look like a giant! Anyway, lets get on to the good-stuff- none of you really care about my woes as a short person :)

So, today we had the much anticipated ultra sound. I went in confident of what we were having, trying my best to discern the body parts that would confirm my hunch. The sonographer checked the baby out first to make sure he or she was "all good" before inviting the rest of the family (Phil, Regan, Micah, Max, Tallulah and Grandma- party in the US room!) in, so I had to wait until they were all there to get my confirmation that it was indeed a boy...

And then, as she scanned around the body and arrived at the tell tale site, there was nothing there! Another girl! Needless to say we are all thrilled (although Micah was a bit disappointed that this may delay him getting bunk beds a bit) and surprised! So, here she is, another healthy and happy baby GIRL!
